These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Vision, including our mobile app, website, backend services, and related features.

By creating an account, signing in, accessing, or using Vision, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vision.

1. About Vision

Vision is a personal productivity, habit-building, goal-tracking, journaling, routine-management, and digital wellbeing app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vision.

If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may only use Vision with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

Vision currently supports sign-in with Apple and Google. Vision does not support email/password sign-in.

You are responsible for keeping your Apple or Google account secure. You are also responsible for any activity that happens through your Vision account.

You agree to provide accurate information when using Vision and to keep your account information up to date where applicable.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse our systems, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

4. User Content

Vision allows you to create and store content such as routines, habits, goals, task names, journal entries, notes, restriction settings, and related app data.

You are responsible for the content you create in Vision.

You agree not to use Vision to create, store, or transmit content that:

Vision does not currently provide public social posting, public content sharing, user messaging, or community features. However, you may contact support through available support features.

5. Your Responsibility for Goals, Routines, and Restrictions

Vision provides tools for productivity, discipline, journaling, goal tracking, and digital wellbeing. You are responsible for how you use these tools.

Vision does not guarantee that you will achieve any goal, improve your habits, reduce screen time, earn money, improve mental wellbeing, or experience any specific result.

6. Screen Time, App Blocking, and Digital Wellbeing Features

Vision may use Apple Screen Time-related APIs, including Family Controls, Managed Settings, Device Activity, and Screen Time report extensions, to provide app restriction and digital wellbeing features.

These features may allow you to select apps, app categories, or websites to block or restrict.

You understand and agree that:

Vision is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, missed communications, or other consequences caused by restriction settings you enable.

7. Journaling and Sensitive Information

Vision may allow you to write journal entries or notes.

You should not store information in Vision that you are not comfortable saving in a cloud-connected productivity app.

Vision is not an encrypted therapy journal, medical record system, legal record system, financial record system, or emergency service.

You are responsible for the information you choose to enter.

8. No Medical, Psychological, Financial, or Legal Advice

Vision is a productivity and digital wellbeing tool.

Vision does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

Features such as journaling, meditation, finance tracking, productivity scoring, goal tracking, app restrictions, and screen time insights are provided for personal organization and self-improvement only.

You should seek help from qualified professionals where appropriate.

If you are experiencing an emergency, crisis, medical issue, mental health crisis, or safety concern, do not rely on Vision. Contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

9. Pro, Premium Features, Subscriptions, and Trials

Vision may offer Pro, premium, paid, or trial-based features.

Some features may be free, while others may require payment, subscription, or an active trial.

Where subscriptions or purchases are offered through Apple App Store or Google Play:

Vision may change which features are free or paid in the future.

If your subscription, Pro access, or trial expires, Vision may limit access to premium features.

If a 14-day free trial or other promotional offer is provided, the exact terms shown in the app or app store listing will apply.

10. Notifications

Vision may send push notifications if you enable them.

Notifications may include habit reminders, routine reminders, daily progress summaries, XP or rank updates, support replies, and other app-related messages.

You can control notifications through your device settings and app settings.

Vision is not responsible if you miss a notification, receive a delayed notification, or rely on a notification for something important.

11. Account Deletion

Vision may provide an account deletion feature.

When you delete your account, Vision aims to delete your account and associated data, including your profile, sessions, habits, goals, journal entries, restriction settings, push tokens, and related records.

Some limited information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or systems where immediate deletion is not technically possible.

13. App Stores and Third-Party Services

Vision may rely on third-party services, including Apple, Google, MongoDB Atlas, Render, Expo, app store payment systems, and other infrastructure or platform services.

Your use of Apple, Google, App Store, Google Play, and other third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

Vision is not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes, payment issues, account restrictions, or platform behavior outside our control.

14. Changes to Vision

We may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Vision at any time.

We may add or remove features, modify pricing, change Pro access rules, update app restrictions, adjust rewards or XP systems, or change how the app works.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that any feature will always remain available.

15. Service Availability

Vision is provided using internet-connected services. The app may not always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

We may perform maintenance, updates, security fixes, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

You are responsible for maintaining your own device, internet connection, Apple or Google account access, and app updates.

16. Intellectual Property

Vision, including its app design, interface, icons, branding, text, software, systems, and related materials, belongs to the developer or its licensors.

You may use Vision only as allowed by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Vision unless permitted by law or given written permission.

17. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

We may use feedback to improve Vision, create new features, or change existing features.

You may stop using Vision at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vision if:

Vision is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, availability, accuracy, and security.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vision and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, loss of goodwill, device issues, missed reminders, blocked access, or reliance on app results.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Vision will be limited to the amount you paid to use Vision in the three months before the claim arose, or zero if you used Vision for free.

Some regions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vision and its developer from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
